The Villas
Each villa is decorated with its own personality with a fully stocked kitchen, tableware, drinking glasses and a coffee maker. Each kitchen has a full complement of appliances including ice-making refrigerator, filtered water, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. All beds are memory foam mattresses (with the exception of three children’s beds and the pull out couch beds) and the beds are made up with high thread count linens. Bathroom towels, wash clothes and hand towels are provided. There are two assigned parking spots for each villa and 3 visitor spots

Villa #1 – Captain’s Quarters
Captain’s Quarters is Shadow Palm’s largest villa at 1,250sf. The villa sleeps 8 guests in two bedrooms and with use of the sofa bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a king size bed with memory foam mattress and high thread count linens. The second bedroom has a king sized and a queen sized beds also with memory foam mattresses and high thread count linens. Captain’s Quarters also has a hall bathroom because captains do not wait in line. The front entrance to Captain’s Quarters is in an enclosed patio, which provides for an addition seating area and beach gear storage. Fully stocked kitchen with a full complement of appliances including ice-maker and filtered water on the refrigerator are provided. Captain’s Quarter’s view is Shadow Palm’s front entrance Palm Tree Garden, which is beautiful day and night.

Villa #2 – Sunset
Sunset is a two bedroom villa (1,000 sf) that sleeps 8 guests in two bedrooms and with the use of the sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and high thread count linens. The second bedroom has two full sized beds with high thread count linens. The front entrance to Sunset is in an enclosed patio, which has additional chairs and an area for beach gear storage. Fully stocked kitchen with a full complement of appliances including ice-maker and filtered water on the refrigerator are provided. Sunset’s view is Shadow Palm’s floral lined resort style pool which is beautiful and day and night.

Villa #5 – Coral Reef
Coral Reef is our largest 1-bedroom villa at 900 sf. Coral Reef is a one bedroom villa that sleeps 6 guests with the use of the sofa bed. The oversized bedroom has a king and queen sized beds with memory foam mattress and high thread count linens. Fully stocked kitchen with a full complement of appliances including ice-maker and filtered water on the refrigerator are provided. Coral Reef’s entrance is guarded by two royal palms that are the center pieces of the Coral Reef Courtyard. Coral Reef’s double doors on beautiful mornings are great to open up and view its great courtyard. Cup of coffee, brilliant sun and the sounds of nature just pour out for your pleasure.

Villa #6 – Driftwood
Driftwood is a one bedroom villa (700 sf) that sleeps 5 guests with use of the sofa bed. The bedroom has a king sized memory foam mattress and a twin sized bed both with high thread count linens. Fully stocked kitchen with a full complement of appliances including ice-maker and filtered water on the refrigerator are provided. Driftwood’s view is the floral lined resort style pool area. Additionally, Driftwood has a semi-private courtyard enclosed by lime trees, pomegranates, palms and birds of paradise: a beautiful place to find peace and calm on any day!
